Refunds and returns are authorized for stock items within 30 days of the invoice date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

Several types of items are exempt from being returned such as special orders, special sales, and closeout products.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Partial boxes of tile
  • Particular product is from a lot that is no longer in stock

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or in the form of the original method of payment. Please note that a credit card payment must be refunded to the same credit card that the items were purchased on.

Restocking Fee

All refunds within the 30 day period will have a restocking fee of 10%. This 10% will be deducted from the refund amount.
